Hurley Classic 2018 Online Entry
Thankyou for your interest in the Hurley Classic. Entering should be a simple 4 step process:-
- Complete online entry (you can enter multiple paddlers on one entry)
- Receive provisional entry email
- Make payment using details in provisional entry email
- Receive payment confirmation email
It is essential that you use a valid, working email address so that we can send you the payment details. Your provisional entry email should be be received within a couple of hours of entering. If you do not receive it within a couple of hours please get in touch with us (firstname.lastname@example.org) rather than entering again.
Shortly before the event each paddler will receive an email (so again it is essential that you use a valid, working email address) confirming their bib number and heat times.
Please remember that you will not be able to pick up your bib on the day without leaving a £20 bib deposit. Bib deposits must be left in cash and will be returned once you return your bib at the end of the event. Please make sure that you have the correct amount of cash with you at registration to collect all of the bibs in your booking. We cannot accept passports, drivers licenses, bank cards or anything other than cash as a bib deposit.
All paddlers will be required to prove national federation membership when registering. If national federation membership cannot be proven then an event membership will need to be purchased at £5 per day. There will be no exceptions and no refunds to this policy.
We need to know who the main contact for the booking will be. This doesn't need to be a paddler. Booking confirmation and payment details will be sent to the 'Booker Email'. Please ensure this is a valid email address. If there are any issues with your booking or payment we may use the 'Booker Email' or 'Booker Phone No.' number to get in touch with you.
You can enter as many paddlers as you need to here. The cost for each paddler will be shown. Spectators do not need to be added here. Extra items, such as T-Shirts, Banquets and Camping can be added later.
Here you can add extra items to your booking. These can be for anyone regardless of whether they are a paddler but should not include any items that have already been ordered for a paddler.

Please check over the details you've entered above, paying particular attention to T-Shirt sizes as these cannot be changed on the day, and if you are happy with them click 'Confirm Booking'. To save on costs we're asking people to pay for their booking by bank transfer and you'll receive an invoice, to the bookers email, with all the information you need to get this done. If you cannot pay via bank transfer for any reason please contact us (email@example.com) as soon as possible.
